Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1tblspn instant yeast
1/4tspn salt
1/4 cuppowdered milk (optional)
11/2 cupslukewarm water
Oil for deep frying

Steps

Add and mix all dry ingredients into a bowl

Add warm water & mix until smooth & lump-free

Cover the mixture and allow it to rise for 30 to 40mins. Then shape into balls

Heat up some oil and deep fry the balls till golden brown

Drain on a paper towel and enjoy hot or warm.
