  • 1 1/2कटोरी गेहूं का आटा
  • 1/2कटोरी बेसन, सूजी, ज्वार का आटा
  • 250ग्राम घी
  • 1छोटी चम्मच काली मिर्च दरदरी की हुई
  • 1/2चम्मच अजवायन
  • आधा छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  • नमक स्वाद अनुसार
  • एक मध्यम आकार की प्याज बारीक कटी हुई
  • दो हरी मिर्ची बारीक कटी हुई

    गेहूं के आटे में सूजी बेसन ज्वार का आटा मिला ले। अब इसमें अन्य सूखे मसाले भी डाल दें

    प्याज और हरी हरी मिर्ची और मोयन डालें।

    मोयन इतना ही डालें जिससे मुट्ठी बांधने पर बंध जाए। अब गुनगुना पानी डालकर सख्त आटा गुंथ ले। आटे को 10 से 15 मिनट ढककर रख दें

    गूथे हुए आटे की चार लोईया बना ले। एक लोई लेकर हल्का सा बेले और इससे तवे पर दोनों और से सेंक ले।

    अब इस सीकी हुई लोई को बेल लें। मध्यम आंच पर तवे पर दोनों ओर से अच्छी तरह सेंक लें।

    बीच-बीच में थोड़ा-थोड़ा घी डालते हुए इसे करारा कर लें। सिंधी अनियन को की तैयार है यह बहुत ही क्रिस्पी होती है इसे चाय के साथ खा सकते हैं। इसी तीन-चार दिन तक रख सकते हैं
