Ingredients

30 minutes
  • Thai chili
  • Red bell peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Onion (you can substitute with shallots)
  • Shrimp paste (cooked)
  • Anchovies
  • Chicken powder (optional)
  • Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Simply fry all ingredients except anchovies.

  2. 2

    Then puree (blend) until it becomes a paste or it can also be pounded using a mortar

  3. 3

    Fry the anchovies, add the chili sauce mixture, then add chicken powder, sugar, and salt to taste. Stir well. And it’s done.
