Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 3 cupssugar
  • 8eggs
  • 2 cupshot milk
  • 1 cupcocoa powder
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupMargarine
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspVanilla essence
  • 1 tbspWhite vinegar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspinstant coffee

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve all your dry ingredients together.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the eggs and sugar, mix thoroughly till well combined

  3. 3

    Add oil and keep mixing till the mixture is pale and Fluffy

  4. 4

    Add in the dry ingredients and the hot milk now

  5. 5

    Mix on very low speed till combined

  6. 6

    Finally add your melted Margarine /butter

  7. 7

    Pour to Your baking tin and bake for 160 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour
