Pre heat oven to 200 degrees

Put the thawed pastry into greased flan tin and prick with a fork. Add baking weights and blind bake for 10 mins. Remove baking weights and bake for another 10 mins.

Add diced bacon to medium to hot frypan and cook until browned.

Add eggs to a bowl and whisk together, add chopped chives and seasoning.

Add mixture to blind baked pastry in the flan tin and put into the oven for 20 mins or until egg mixture is cooked through and pastry is golden.

Serve and enjoy!
