Keep in high flame

Pour dosa batter in the center of the pan

Spread it round quickly towards the edges

Pour ghee around the dosa

When the bottom turns golden brown start rolling it from the edge

Make one roll and stop. It's done

Plate it and serve with chutney or sambhar
