Turkey and sausage meatballs

Ingredients

20-30 minutes
6-8 servings
  1. 1 cupplain breadcrumbs
  2. 1/2 cupfinely grated parmesan
  3. 1/4 cupchopped fresh basil
  4. 1/4 cupshopped fresh Italian Parsley
  5. 1/4 cupwhole milk
  6. 1 tbspketchup
  7. 1 tbsptomato paste
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspblack pepper
  10. 2large eggs
  11. 2 clovesminced garlic
  12. 1small onion finely chopped
  13. 1 lbground turkey
  14. 1 lbspicy Italian sausage (remove casings if present)
  15. Extra Virgin olive oil for drizzling

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, using hands to combine well

  3. 3

    Use a cookie scoop or small ice cream scoop to form about 1.5 inch sized meatballs (about 22-24). Place meatballs on a heavt non-stick baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until cooked through, about 15 minutes.
