Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 2 tbsppeanut
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 2 green chili
  5. 1/2 tspJeera
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. as required Same curry leaves
  10. as required Fresh chopped coriander
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash poha and drain water. Ready and Keep a side onion green chilli,, curry leaves.

  2. 2

    In a kadhai add oil and add peanuts to become slightly fry. Then add mustard seeds, jeera,, green chilies, curry leaves and onion. Saute it and cook it for a minute

  3. 3

    Then add turmeric in it & add poha. Mix it well. Finally add salt Add little water & cover it with lid to get steamed.

  4. 4

    Lastly add coriander and garnish
