Cut the bread slices into small cubes.

Heat 4-5 tbsp ghee in a kadai and fry the bread cubes until light brown and crispy. Keep it aside.

In the same kadai heat 1 tbsp ghee fry all dry fruits and then add milk.

Bring the milk to boil add condensed milk and khoya. Mix it properly and let it boil for 4-5 minutes.

Now add the fried bread, cashew nuts powder and mix everything properly. Continue cooking until it leaves ghee from the sides. Now switch off the flame. Add Cardamom powder mix it properly.

Serve warm and garnish with chopped pistachio, almonds dry rose petals.
