Something quick and easy for #dinner.
Steps

Turn on the kettle and gather all your ingredients.
• Cook the pasta strictly till aldente.
• While straining the pasta save atleast a cup of the water for the next step... - 2
In the same pot drop the broccoli in a way that the stems are in the water 🤓
• Add some chopped garlic, salt and cover the pot and boil for max 7 minutes.
I try to add as little water as possible as I like my broccoli to be cooked in the steam... - 3
Turn on the oven to 200°c and let it heat up. By that time:
• drop the cottage cheese in a pot which will go into the oven.
• add all the pasta and a bit of the water from the broccoli and olive oil and mix well. (Not too hard to break the beautiful fusilli 😬) We cannot throw out anything nutritious 🤓
• Add the salt and pepper and all the dried herbs. - 4
Add the frozen peas and when mixed well enough add the broccoli with the stems into the mixtures so that it cooks further.
I added the yogurt on the top of the broccoli as from previous experiments I found out broccoli usually dries out badly in the oven... - 5
Cook from top and bottom for 10 minutes max.
Enjoy it with a good salad.
