Banana Bread Custard

In a mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup milk and custard powder, mix it well and keep aside.

Take a bread slice, cut its edges and cut it into 6 equal pieces.

Heat 2 tbsp desi ghee in a pan, add the bread pieces in it and shallow fry these from both sides until golden brown and crispy.

Remove it from heat and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in pan, add almonds, and raisins, roast for a minute on medium heat.

Take a pan, add milk and bring it to a boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add sugar and prepared custard milk, mix it well.

Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat till it thickened, then switch off the heat.

Add the fried bread pieces,
roasted dry fruits and banana slices, mix it well. - 10
Garnish with cherry, slivered almonds and pistachios, serve chilled.
