Taco Ring

I attempted a taco pocket, but when I saw one of my friends make a pampered chef taco ring, I changed the ingredients to my own taco pocket, but used the ring idea instead. Much more esthetically pleasing, but still not perfect! Tastes yummy though!
Serve my Mexican rice and Mexican rice 2.0 recipe as a side to this.
