2 cansCrescent rolls
1/2yellow pepper
1/2red pepper
1/2green pepper
Minced garlic
1/2onion
1 blockColby jack cheese
Taco seasoning
Salsa

Cooking Instructions

Brown Beef
2

Dice vegetables
3

Sauté vegetables, meat, and seasoning.

Make a star pattern with the crescent rolls
5

Dice cheese and put half on the rings
6

Put meat and vegetables on top of cheese
7

Put remaining cheese on top of meat and fold the crescents
8

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
