Blanch the tomatoes, onion n ginger garlic than blend the mixture Heat oil add whole spice except cumin seeds now add blend mixture and cook until dries

Add spices and stir it on medium flame oil

Now in a bowl add gram flour and 1 cup buttermilk and mix well make sure there is no lumps in it as oil separates then add gram flour mixture and mix well now continuously stir it and oil appears

Add remaining buttermilk and water as required and boil it on high flame
When it starts boiling reduce flame to low medium heat and cook it for 1 hour - 5
When it cooks well turn off the flame add pakoras in it and make tarka
For tarka add oil from remaining oil of pakoras 2-3 tablespoons oil in a pan heat it up add cumin seeds and dried chilies and cook it when it changes color switch off the flame and put the tarka one kadhi and garnish it with green coriander - 6
Serve it with zeera rice and chapati
