Preheat the oven 180 C.

Dry roast pistachio till fragrant and then blend to a powder.

Take bowl combine plain flour and pistachio powder, cardamom powder, salt, baking powder mix well.

In second bowl add eggs, sugar beat till soft peak, add milk,oil,or (pistachio essence).

Pour batter into round greased dish bake for 25-30 minutes.

Milk syrup:- Take bowl add boiled warm milk, condensed milk, ground pistachio, cardamom, green gel colour 1-2 drop powder whisk well together.

Once cake bake and cooled,cut into 2 layers prick all over with a fork and drizzle milk syrup on the first layer make star with whipped cream or spread whipped cream. Now place second layer on whipped cream drizzle some milk syrup and whipped cream stars on top, sprinkle chopped pistachio, dried rose petals.

Note : Beat the whipped cream with electric beater until it has thickened stiff peak. I using star nozzle.

Leave for 10-12 minutes for absorb milk syrup thn cut it and enjoy..
