Wash & dry the greens, and then chop the coriander leaves and the mint leaves.

In a blender add the greens along with 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 inch ginger, 4 garlic cloves, 1 green chilli, salt, sugar till it forms a smooth creamy paste.

Once you make it, you can store it in the fridge and use it for 3-4 days. I recommend you store it in an airtight, glass container to ensure it preserves well.
