Mini Herb Dinner Rolls

As the name suggests, mini herb dinner rolls are tiny dinner rolls flavoured with fresh herbs. These dinner rolls are perfect to serve with a bowl of soup or as a side dish. It can be even served along with starters. It really tastes delicious served with garlic butter.

As the name suggests, mini herb dinner rolls are tiny dinner rolls flavoured with fresh herbs. These dinner rolls are perfect to serve with a bowl of soup or as a side dish. It can be even served along with starters. It really tastes delicious served with garlic butter.

Mix yeast, sugar and warm water in a bowl and leave it for 10 minutes. Now in a big bowl, take flour and add melted butter, salt, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, spring onion and fresh garlic to it and mix it well. Now add yeast mixture to it and mix everything well.

With the help of warm milk, make a dough. Now add olive oil on top of it and knead it until smooth. Cover and keep it for one and half hours or until double in size. When it is double in size, knock the dough out and knead it again. Now divide the dough into four equal portions.

Further divide each portion into smaller portions and make tiny rolls out of it. It should give approximately 30 dinner rolls. If you want to make bigger rolls, it works perfectly fine. Now arrange all the rolls on a greased baking tray and leave it for 30 minutes. Now brush it with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden on top. When it comes out, brush it with little butter.

To make garlic butter, melt butter in a pan. Now add chopped garlic to it and cook for 30 seconds on medium heat. Now add coriander leaves and fresh garlic to it and turn off the heat.

Serve dinner rolls and garlic butter along with a bowl of soup or as a side dish with your main meal.
