  • Halfa cucumber
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 5spriggs mint
  • 1 tbfleur de sel
  • 250 grcoconut yoghurt

    Grate the cucumber on a box grater

  2. 2

    Put in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze as hard as you can.

  3. 3

    Add to yoghurt

  4. 4

    Cut the mint leaves and grate the garlic.
    Put in the yoghurt

  5. 5

    Season with salt.
    Serve with curry of choice
