1 cupmaida
1/2 cuppowder sugar
1/2 cupoil
1/4 cup dahi
3 tbspcocoa powder
2 dropsVanilla essence
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1/4 cupchocolate sauce / ganach
2 tbspdessicated coconut
as required Star & other sprinkles for decoration
1/2 cupmilk
1 tsplemon juice

Firstly mix oil,powder sugar, dahi and milk in one bowl. Mix it well. Add Vanilla essence.

Then take maida add cocoa powder, baking powder & baking soda. Sieve it..put this maida in oil sugar mixture. Gently mix all ingredients.

Lastly add lemon juice to cake batter. Again mix properly. Grease cake tin. Pour the cake mixture in it.Preheat cooker for 5 min. Then put tin & bake cake for 30 min.

After cool down the cake, make some holes in cake with folk. Then pour & spread liquid ganach or chocolate sauce/ syrup on the cake. Put dessicated coconut on that chocolate sauce.

Make decoration with star sprinkles and balls. Lamington chocolate cake is ready for christmas.
