I made this cake yesterday to give a minute tribute to the legendary hero of our country #quaideazammuhammadalijinnah...
The father of the Nation...
I used coffe chocolate sponge with whipped cream frosting and fondant topers..
I hope you all like my effort 😊😊😊

Ingredients

For coffee sponge:
3eggs
3/4 cupflour
1/2 cupsugar
2 tbsCocoa powder
1 tbs(3 in 1) coffee powder
1/4 cupoil
1 tspvanilla essence
1/8 cupmilk
For soaking:
Sugar syrup
For filling:
Mini chocolate chip cookies
For frosting:
Whipped cream
Few drops of green food colour
For fondant topper:
White fondant as required
Metallic gold dust as required

Steps

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and light

Then add in vanilla.essence and beat again

Now add in oil and milk beat again

Fold in dry ingredients gently then put to bake in greased 6 by 6 inch square pan in preheated patila for about 20 mins

Then take it out and let it cool

Now for fondant topper roll the fondant and cut into a circle with any round glass etc now cut a small piece of fondant and roll it very thin to make a string

Now cut this string into small pieces and give the desired shape of Urdu writing

Now apply some water on the fondant circle and palace all the words on it to stick and then apply edible dust mix with some oil

Now beat the cream until peaks formed

Now add in green colour in a little bit cream and make its piping

Now cut the sponge into 2 layers moist with sugar syrup and apply cream and add Chocolate chips cookies

Crumb coat it and cut the sponge Into desired shape and do frosting

Then place toppers on the top and your cake is ready to go
