Steps

Wash poha and drain water. Ready and Keep aside onion green chili, curry leaves.

In a kadhai add oil and add peanuts to become slightly fry. Then add mustard seeds, jeera, green chilies, curry leaves, and onion. Saute it and cook it for a minute.

Then add turmeric to it & add poha. Mix it well. Finally, add salt Add little water & cover it with a lid to get steamed.

Lastly, add coriander and garnish.
