Wash all the legumes with water and soak overnight. Next day tie with cloth and let them sprout. Sprouting should be nice enough.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Add asafoetida and chopped onions. When onions are golden pink add in chopped tomatoes and ginger chilli garlic paste. Cook well until tomatoes are mushy and oil starts to separate.

Now add all spices. Turmeric powder, chilli powder coriander powder and gram masala. Add sprouts and cook for 2 mins.

Add in 2 glasses of water. Add salt to taste. Mix well and cover with lid. Cook until 2-3 whistles. Once done add in lemon juice. Mix well and serve with Baajri Rotla rice salad and buttermilk..
