Beetroot masala puri

Fine grate beetroot ginger & garlic. Make fine powder of masala oats. In a bowl add oats powder ginger & garlic.

Mix it proper, now add beetroot & dry spices. Mix it again proper. At last add wheat flour coriander & 1 table spoon oil.

Take some water & make dough. It would be some tight. In a heavy bottom wok add oil heat it very well.

Now make puri like normal puri. Fry it till crisp. It super delicious & yummy in taste. We can store it for 3 to 4 days.

Serve it with curd or chutney. It like a snack also eat it with hot tea.
