I received a ton of yuzu, and wanted an easy way to use them up.

1/2to 1 Yuzu
1tea bag Black tea
1Sugar or honey

Cut the yuzu in half, then cut off a thin slice to float on top of the tea.

Put the tea bag in the cup, then pour in boiling water.

Squeeze the yuzu juice into the cup, float the slice on top, add sugar to taste, then drink up.
