    Peel your yam boil it and strain, in a bowl add in your flour Maggi cubes

    Add 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of mix until pancake batter consistency

  3. 3

    Add in your boiled yam in batches and fry

  4. 4

    Mix the flour water and egg until pancake batter consistency
