Apple & Mulberry Cobbler

Spreading out pie crust is too much work (I'm just lazy...) so I make this really easy cobbler. It's tastes just as delicious as pie and is a standard dessert for my family.
Adjust the amount of flour depending on the amount of juice released from the fruit. If you don't have wheat bran, it's not a problem. Just leave it out.
You can also adjust the amount of vegetable oil or butter.
This also tastes good if made with canned peaches, just apples, mulberries + blueberries, etc. Recipe by korobei

Chop the apple into thin pieces. Place the apple, mulberries, and sugar in a heat-resistant container. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 8 minutes.

While the filling is cooking, make the topping.
- 3
Add the flour, oatmeal, wheat bran, sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and mix. Pour in the vegetable oil and stir. Add the egg and milk and stir some more.
- 4
Remove the filling from the microwave and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix. Add another 1/2 tablespoon of flour and mix.
- 5
Top the filling with spoonfuls of the topping batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15 minutes and it's done.
- 6
Serve with ice cream while still piping hot.

Blackberry Cobbler Blackberry Cobbler
Americans (especially in the South) love cobbler! Cobbler is a pie without a bottom. There are also recipes that make the biscuits with pie crusts. Since a lot of cobblers I've had in the States were so sweet, I decreased the sugar. This is easy to make. If you can get the ingredients, then you can make this quickly. It tastes better if you wait 30 minutes after it bakes and then enjoy it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The biscuits are crispy and fluffy! Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -
