Steps

Put water to boil by adding green chillies + salt.

Steam broccoli florets + peas in steamer or can be boiled.

Now add oats and keep stirring under medium flame. Oats will bloom.

Add masala, mix nicely and cook for few minutes till mixture thickens, mixture will turn mushy and discard the chillies.

Don’t make too much thick as after cooling it will thicken more. Add butter, peas, mix and Now Oats is ready to serve.

Transfer to serving dish and garnish with steamed broccoli florets, peas, tomato and coriander leaves.
