  • 4 piecesfresh cod
  • 1onion
  • 5ripe tomatoes
  • 1egg
  • 2 cupsflour (about 250 grams)
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1/4 cupdry white vermouth (about 60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoondill
  • Oil

    Peel the tomatoes and blend them. Slice the onion into thin strips and cut the garlic into thin slices.

    Coat the cod pieces in egg and flour. Cook over medium heat, starting with the skin side down. Once golden, carefully flip and cook a little longer. Be careful—cod cooks quickly.

    In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until golden. Add the dill and vermouth. Let it reduce, then add the blended tomatoes.

    Spread the tomato mixture on a plate as a base and place 2 pieces of cod on top.

En octubre del 2021 me extirparon un riñón con cáncer en fase número 2. Me aconsejaron evitar la sal. Así que empecé a comer sin sal y procuro comer lo menos procesado posible.Siempre me ha gustado cocinar, y ahora es cuando realmente empiezo a entender la cocina y a disfrutar de ella. Creo que cocinar con cariño, despacito, sin prisa, le da un gusto diferente a la comida. Si le añadimos algún toque de sabor es cuando no necesitamos la Sal.
