In pan add oil, add Chana Dal + Urad Dal and sauté for 2 minutes, then add chopped onion and sauté till translucent.

Then add chopped tomatoes and sauté by adding salt + turmeric, tomatoes turn mushy and let it cool.

After cooling, blend into a smooth paste by adding little water.
In pan add oil, add red chilli + mustard seeds and allow to crackle, then add curry leaves + 1/2 tsp Urad Dal and sauté for few seconds, then add tomato paste and mix well.
Chutney is ready. - 4
Whisk thick curd by adding salt and whisk nicely, it will turn creamy texture. Adding of roasted cumin powder is optional.

In a blender jar, add coriander + mint + green chilli + garlic + tamarind + salt + little water, blend all into a smooth paste.
Green Chutney is ready. - 6
Tri Color dips is ready.
