Quick Easy Simple but Delicious Alkaline dinner

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2of White Quinoa
  2. I cup of Spring water
  3. 1tray of Mushrooms
  4. 1tomato cut
  5. 1avocado cut
  6. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  7. Oregano
  8. Sweet basil
  9. Sage Powder
  10. Onion Powder
  11. Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook your Quinoa on low heat with lid on, check on it while stirring and it will be done when all the water is evaporated..

  2. 2

    I cooked my mushrooms with grape seed oil and added pink Himalayan sea salt, oregano, sweet basil, onion powder, cayenne pepper and sage seasoning

  3. 3

    Once you cooked your quinoa and mushrooms, cut up your tomatoes and avocado plate everything together, squeeze some lime add cilantro on top of your quinoa and boom you have a simply but healthy quick dinner
