Shaljam ko cut kar k side par rakh dein.

Pressure mein chopped piyaz ko light golden karein aur adrak lehsan paste bhi shamil kar dein

Phr chicken shamil karein aur timatar bhi daal dein aur bhoon lein

Ab namak, mirch, haldi, dhania powder aur sookhi methi aur dahi shamil kar k masala bhoon lenhi

Masala ghee chorr dey to chicken k piece nikal kar side par rakh dein aur shaljam daal kar 1 cup pani daalen.

10 mint k liye pressure lagalein. shaljam gal jayen unko mash kar lein aur 2 tbsp sugar or gurr jo acha lgey add kar lein. (mein to gurr dalti hain)

Achi tarah bhoon lein phr chicken shamil kar k mix karein aur garam masala daal kar 5 mint k liye cover kar dein.

Dish out karein hara dhania se garnish karein.

Mazedar shaljam gosht ready hai.
