Steps

At first,roasted the brinjal with mustard oil.

Then,add mustard oil in pan with red chilli and cumin seeds.

Add all vegetables in pan and saute for 5 min.

Then,add all masala powder in it and mixed it.

Add the roasted brinjal after removing the skin and smashed in the same pan.

Saute everything in pan with salt and green chilli.

Lastly add coriander leaves in it and mix up.

Then,serve it with roti at time of lunch or dinner.
