1/3 poundsmoked bacon
2 tablespoonssugar
2 cupsEnglish Peas
1/2 cupdiced onion
1-1/2 cupchopped steamed cauliflower
2/3 cupmayonnaise
1-1/2 tablespoonsyellow prepared mustard

Crisp the bacon. Sprinkle with sugar. Steam and chop the cauliflower. Season to taste with salt on the cauliflower.

Chop the bacon. Then add all the ingredients together. Mix and chill for 20 minutes minimum. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
