Take fresh atta add some salt, and refined oil keep it aside. Next step is prepare puree for this paratha.

Cut your palak saag, peas, onion, tomato, everything, pour in one and half glass water immediately add some haldi,,, (few pinch) salt, ginger, jeera everything cooked add some red chilli, and finally add cut panner and put, off your gas after some time smashed these puree and remove excess water keep it aside do nit throw the vegetable stock..

Next step transfer all, the materials into mixie then gride in to nice consistency. Everything done pore these palak, peas puree into paratha atta adding litte, little of vegetable stock water and prepared your paratha dough adding little bit of sakta and refined oil and do nit forget to add little bit of suji then every thing wil blend nicely. Take a cloth cover it in your dough keep in aside for sometime then prepare your paratha dough.

Before preparing your paratha preparation hest your butter and refined combined melt it and mixed nicely keep it aside..

Take iron tawa split some oil, &butter then transfer your prepared palak paratha both dide cooked nicely and pour some oil and butter.. Your paratha ready to eat with your jeera pulao, chana dal, panner masala. Enjoy friends your winter special paratha.
