First, wash, peel, and add the potatoes, carrots, peas, and cauliflower to a pressure cooker. Cook for 2 whistles.

Mash all the cooked vegetables.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Once hot, add cumin seeds, onions, and tomatoes. Sauté well. After they are well cooked, add salt and pav bhaji masala. Add the mashed vegetables.

Once all the vegetables are cooked together, add the butter. The pav bhaji should have a slightly thin consistency. Squeeze lemon juice on top.
Enjoy spicy, restaurant-style pav bhaji made at home.
