Leek Chicken Soup
Asian inspired soup with noodles.
Steps

Heet wok add sesame seeds oil, quick fry chicken then add soy sauce and leeks.

Clean book choy dice with onions and more leeks fry until done

Once done cover with water add ginger chicken cub and coconut flavor as you like. Next cover with mixed veggies turn heat to low cover with lid set aside.

I like mine a little spicy. Make your favorite noodles with chicken flavor. Enough for Two. 15min to cook, then about 30min on low heat or until bok choy is ready. Mix together and serve.
