Mussels with white wine, parsley and bread
Steps

Clean the mussels by scraping the shell and removing the beard.

Heat oil and garlic in a large wok. Add chilli if using.
- 3
On a medium to high heat, add the mussels and cover for one min.
- 4
Add the wine and leave uncovered for one min until it evaporates.
- 5
Now cover again and leave until they just open - another min or so. Switch off.
- 6
Now drizzle the bread with olive oil and grill on both sides until browned.
- 7
Serve and enjoy
