First, you soak your beans for 30 minutes

After the 30mins wash it to remove all the unwanted back of the beans

Grind until smooth by adding your red pepper onions and garlic before grinding

Make your red onion to be hot and add it on the grinded beans, add your salt, maggi and spices

Add hot boiling water
And mix it thoroughly until all the maggi,spice's get in all - 6
Get your moi moi container and put the paste in it, you can either use can, moi moi containers sold In the shop or use your white nylon and tie the paste after putting it inside

Allow to cook for 40 mins and enjoy your moimoi with wither good red soup or with red oil and pepper, enjoy enjoy enjoy
