  • 1cup rajgira flour / Amaranth flour
  • 2cup warm water
  • 1/2cup ghee
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • Pinch cardamom powder
  • Raisins

Steps

20 mins.
  1. 1

    In a pan, heat ghee and add rajgira flour and roast it until it changes its color and left an aroma.

    Then add warm water and continuously stir it until water gets absorbed.

    Further add sugar and when sugar is melted then add cardamom powder and raisins and mix it. Stir it till the ghee released from sides. Delicious rajgira flour halwa is ready to serve.
