Masala Chatpata Pasta
Masala Pasta flavoured with tomato .
Steps

Boil pasta in boiling water by adding salt + oil and boil till pasta turns 80 % soft, take out and rinse in cold water to discard extra starch and pasta doesn’t gets sticky. Keep aside.

Roughly chop Onion, Carrot, Beans, Capsicum and slit green chilli. Roughly chop tomatoes and grind into a smooth paste.

In a pan add tomato paste / puree, add 1/4 cup water + salt + turmeric + chilli powder + green chilli and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now add tomato ketchup + sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes, tomato paste turns thick and glossy.

Keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion and sauté till pinkish.

Now add chopped carrot + beans + green chilli and sauté for 2-3 minutes by adding salt.

Now add chopped capsicum and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Now add boiled pasta and gently mix, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add tomato sauce and mix gently. Simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Mix nicely that pasta coats well with tomato sauce.

Masala Pasta is ready to serve.
