Peel and rough chop potato and carrots boil until soft about 10-12 mins
Keep water *

Add vegetables, spices and nutritional yeast to a blender add a little of the saved water at a time until you get a nice smooth velvet texture you will maybe use about 1/4-1/2 cup of water
