Grate the carrots. Take a cooker and add grated carrot. Let it on the flame. Cook for a while.

Then squeeze the carrot remove extra water.

Take a pan to add water and sugar. Cook till the sugar is completely dissolved into a syrup

Add carrot and mawa mixed well.

Add ghee and cardamom powder and stir the mixture.

Then add dry fruits and stir.

Gajar ka halwa ready to Serve.

Garnish it with dry fruits and Serve hot.
