First making phylo sheet, take one big bowl add maida,1tbsp oil& 1/2cup water&1/2 milk mixed

Dough should be little soft, keep for resting 1/2, an hour

Take one pan dry roast all the nuts keep cooling and chopped with mixer in pulse mode

Take one pan heat butter add 1tbsp oil mix it keep aside.

Take another pan pour 1cup sugar 1/2, cup water 1 dalchini stick and lemon juice.heat it until sugar get dissolve

Now another bowl mix cornflour and maida keep aside

Now make small ball like whole wallnut from the dough.make small thin roti keep aside with lots of maida and conflour mix, keep aside,make 6 rotis and keep same way so that roti should not get stuck with each other

Grease the cake mould with oil now keep layer one by one,in layers apply little butter mixer,make another roti, keep 6 rotis,now pour enough nuts mixer,

Make the same way another 6 rotis apply butter mixer top over the baklava and impress cut over baklava

B,because after get done Little difficult to cut, keep oven 10mins pre heat in 180 degree.

Now put the pan in oven for 1/2,an hour in 220 degree

Until it gets brown colour on top

Now remove it pour sugar syrup over it and apply remaining chopped nuts.

Keep cool ing it for 2hrs.&and serve
