For dressing, mix the following in a cup: 1 tbsp Soy, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp Oyster, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn starch, 1/4 tsp pepper powder

Heat oil in a pan. Saute chicken until cooked and set aside

Heat oil in pan. Toss in onions and dried red chillies and saute

Saute ginger and garlic

Add mushrooms and some water and cook for a couple of minutes

Add sliced paprika and chicken and dressing. Mix in and cook for a minute. Take off heat. Garnish with spring onion slices.
