This is one of my most favourite party dishes.
Very soft pork goes well with the refreshing apple sauce.

This is one of my most favourite party dishes.
Very soft pork goes well with the refreshing apple sauce.
Steps

Mix the herbs with salt and pepper and rub into the meat.

Keep in fridge for 1 hour or overnight.

Add about 1 tbsp of oil to the pan and brown the meat over high heat.
Remove excess oil. - 4
Place on a griddle and roast in the oven at 150°C for 50 minutes.
Turn off the oven and wait until the temperature downs. - 5
Slice the meat thinly and add the juices to the pan.

Add the finely diced apples and the white wine and cook until the mixture is reduced to a half-broth.

Serve the meat with the sauce.
