Japanese style spicy fried chicken wings

These are spicy chicken wings, a very popular accompaniment to alcoholic drinks in Japan.
Black peppercorns are simply dried green peppercorns.
But white pepper is made from fermented red ripe peppercorns and has a mellow aroma different from that of black pepper.

Grate the garlic and mix with the seasonings without white pepper.

Coat the chicken wings with flour.

Deep fry the chicken wings. Fry once over medium heat and when the batter has set slightly, remove and leave for 1 minute.
Then fry at high temperatures until golden brown. - 4
Drain the oil from the chicken wings and dress them in the seasoning liquid while hot.
Then sprinkle with as much white pepper powder as you like.
