Make a Phulki better, take a bowl and sive gram flour with baking soda.
Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, and mix well.
Now, little by little, add water, whisk well for 5 minutes (use electric beater if you want) and prepare a medium thick batter. - 2
Now, take a small portion of batter and add it into the water if batter floats on water, this means batter is perfect for making the Phulki otherwise, whisk a little more.
Now cover the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes. - 3
Take a blender and add 1/2 cup of water with tamarind pulp, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, ginger powder, red chilli powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, fresh green chilli, sugar and blend very well, transfer to a serving bowl add 3 cups of water mix well. your tangy water is ready and keep a saide.

Now check your batter and whisk well again for 1 minute.
Now, place a wok on a flame, add oil for frying and heat well.
Now, one by one, take a small portion of batter, drop them into oil and fry well.
After Phulki starts floating, flip them with the spoon and fry. - 5
After your phulki turns golden, transfer them to a directly in to a prepared serving bowl let it rest for 10-12 minutes garnish with fresh coriander leaves and red onions.
Now, you can serve your Pani Phulki and enjoy it with family and friends.😍
