Bring washed and clean catfish,and cut each into pieces (big pieces).

Put the catfish in a pot and on the gas. Lower the heat so that the water inside the catfish will drain.

During that process, pour some curry on it and some spices to observe them.

When the water drain,pour little oil and bring grinded pepper and chopped onion and pour inside.

Close and allow for about 20 minutes. Check and taste if everything is okay.

When everything done,transfer it to a tray,ready to dig in.
