6small chicken breasts
75 gSour cream
1 tspsmoked paprika
1 tspDried Parsley
1 tspgarlic granules

Mix half the salt and pepper in a bowl with the sour cream and chicken. Once chicken is evenly coated, leave to marinate.

Preheat the oven to 180°c or 160°c fan, line a baking tray with baking paper.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.

Add the remaining ingredients into the pan on fry for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Line a baking tray with baking paper

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
