Coconut chutney

In a vessel put grated coconut, curd, salt, sugar and very finely chopped green chillies. Mix. Add water as per your preferred consistency.
Mix all ingredients together nicely.
Next heat a tadka pan with oil. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add urad dal, dry red chilli, curry leaves and hing.
Mix. Add this tadka into coconut curd mixture.
Give a nice gentle mix.
Coconut chutney is ready!! - 2
Serve!!
It goes well with rice/ pulao.
